First Morel of the season -- 4th time out scouting this year and finally found a single morel. Maybe slightly early than years past. Went to my 5 year spot with sycamore and ash and found it within 5 mins and looked another 30 with no luck. Last time i check was 4/2 and no rain since then. Some rain and another week should be prime. Which lines up with my previous years. Could write a yearly calendar with my morel spot.
