6 little greys - 6 grey morel found near what is suspected to be a silver maple tree. Still very early in the season. Checked a honey hole in Fort Ashby on 04/03/2026 and nothing; Although they are black so they might just pop later in the season.

Personal notes: It appears that this species could have used one more week or two for more growth. Overall they’re about a thumb or pinkie length and still technically ready for harvest.
