Simple Recipe with potato chips

This is a recipe I use to make what I call Crispy-Crunchie Mushrooms.
Prep Time 6 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Total Time 18 minutes

Equipment

  • skillet
  • Rolling Pin
  • mixing bowls

Ingredients
  

  • morels
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 bag potato chips
  • 2 tbsp garlic salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 stick of butter in a heavy skillet
  • Use a rolling pin and crunch a bag of potato chips.
  • Dip mushrooms in butter and roll in crunched potato chips.
  • Fry till golden brown and top with a sprinkle of garlic salt.
